Drawer Runner How can I repair projectmy broken drawer runners?

My question concerns aI have under bed-bed dresser drawers. the drawer design uses that use two under drawer-drawer metal runner 2 piece wrunners with ball bearings But. However, all of the runners are broken /or missing their ball bearings. the

I've considered fixing the drawers are too wide to use side mounts ( nobut there's not enough space on sides).

I am not sure if I also need rubber bumpers /or felt needed in front since these are self closer's-closing.
