I do not know the specific make of that guide but it is known as a [hand mitre saw](https://www.google.com/search?q=hand+mitre+saw&tbm=isch) (or just the mitre box without the saw). For example, from [here](http://filter--blog.blogspot.com/2012/08/the-hand-mitre-box-that-never-wears.html?m=1): [![enter image description here][1]][1] Appears to resemble a [vintage Stanley mitre box](https://www.etsy.com/listing/242736732/nice-stanley-miter-box-saw-no-50-old?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=shopping_us_a-craft_supplies_and_tools-tools_and_home_improvement-tools&utm_custom1=d4dd9e9f-d0ad-4d99-825f-5db40c4f4bac&gclid=CPOZxc-Lj8oCFYIaHwodU7UCnA). There are other styles of mitre boxes, too, the most familiar probably being the little plastic box with angled slots in the sides. [1]: https://i.sstatic.net/0WBSl.jpg
